Jointech and Zain Telecom have established a strategic partnership to enhance cross-border digital supervision across Africa. Following a five-day exchange with Zain Telecom and Sudan Customs, the collaboration focuses on smart customs modernization, digital supply chain transformation, and IoT-enabled logistics monitoring. The partnership highlights adaptability to local markets, deployable solutions, and long-term sustainability, aiming to build a secure, transparent, and efficient cross-border logistics ecosystem across the continent.

Iraq, as a crucial logistics hub in the Middle East, has made significant progress in improving customs efficiency and ensuring the security of cross-border trade in recent years. As global trade flows become increasingly frequent, ensuring the safety, transparency, and efficient clearance of goods has become a core mission for Iraq Customs. To address these challenges, the Iraq Customs Authority has partnered with Jointech to introduce an innovative electronic seal tracking system, deeply integrating it with the TIR (international customs transit system for goods) system, marking a new chapter in Iraq Customs' digital transformation. This project will serve as an effective trade route linking Asia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Turkey, and Europe. Through this, Iraq will further enhance its position as a regional and international logistics hub, contributing to smoother trade flows and more efficient cross-border transportation.
