The AfriFueling Expo 2025, held in Nairobi, Kenya, from May 6–8, proved to be a landmark event for the fuel transport and safety technology sectors. As a key player in the field, Jointech was thrilled to showcase its cutting-edge solutions and engage with industry leaders. Here's a recap of our impactful presence at the expo:
At the expo, Jointech placed a strong emphasis on the safety and reliability of our fuel transport solutions. Our products are TÜV-certified and meet the highest global safety standards, including IECEx intrinsic safety certifications. These certifications validate the quality of our smart monitoring systems, which prevent issues such as fuel misloading, spillage, and theft. With our intelligent solutions, we are ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant fuel transport across the globe.
During the "Tech Enablers: Infrastructure That Powers the Future" panel discussion, Jointech’s Gavin delivered a powerful presentation on the transformative role of AIoT and Big Data in smart logistics. Despite enhanced regulatory measures, the fuel transport industry continues to face challenges like theft, fuel mixing, and smuggling. Gavin highlighted how Jointech’s solutions have protected over 20,000 fuel tankers across Africa, positioning Jointech as a leader in ensuring the safety and efficiency of fuel transport operations.
Our booth attracted significant attention with live demonstrations of Jointech's fuel transport solutions in action. Through advanced technologies and smart terminals, our systems proactively detect and prevent fuel misloading, leakage, and theft. The integrated digital platform ensures end-to-end management, from route planning to real-time monitoring during transport, helping customers identify and resolve potential risks before they escalate.
Jointech is glad to engage with representatives from the Kenya Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, as well as other industry leaders and stakeholders. These interactions highlighted the growing global demand for intelligent fuel transport solutions and reinforced Jointech's reputation as an innovator in the sector. The exchange of ideas and insights affirmed our commitment to developing smarter and safer transportation technologies.
Beyond the professional discussions, Jointech team members enjoyed a cultural immersion experience, thanks to the Matatu Owners Association (MOA). The evening event, themed around Kenyan traditions, featured lively performances and a ride in the iconic "Nganya" minibuses. It provided a welcome opportunity to unwind, connect with peers, and enjoy the vibrant local culture.
As AfriFueling Expo 2025 wraps up, Jointech remains committed to advancing fuel transport safety worldwide. We will continue collaborating with global partners to drive the evolution of intelligent, secure, and transparent fuel transport solutions. Our goal is to provide safer, more efficient services across a growing number of regions, contributing to the future of smart fuel transport.
We look forward to continued innovation and to meeting again with industry leaders at future events, building on our success and further enhancing safety in fuel transportation.
