Capacitive sensor: The principle that the capacitance formed between the probe and the container changes linearly with the liquid (object) position, without any movable or elastic parts, impact resistance, convenient installation, high precision and high reliability.

Magnetostrictive sensor: The principle is to generate a longitudinal magnetic field through a permanent magnet, and another magnetic field through the current. When the two magnetic fields intersect at the waveguide, the waveguide produces a "magnetostrictive" image, a strain pulse immediately. produce. It is fast and accurate and is used for liquid measurement in tank cars.

Common level sensor output signals: Output signal types are current type (4-20mA linear change), voltage type (0-5v linear voltage output), 485 type (custom communication protocol), resistive type (linearly varying resistance value) ).

Capacitive oil quantity sensor, the theoretical precision is within 1mm, the direct signal output is the current liquid level as a percentage of the height of the sensor; the capacitive sensor is the more advanced technology; the ordinary reed type has the accuracy of 3mm, In actual procurement, it needs to be customized according to the height of the fuel tank of the vehicle being installed.
