The industrial grade oil level transmitter (oil level sensor) is a special instrument tailored for the accurate measurement of oil levels such as railway locomotives, automobile fuel tanks, tank trucks and oil depots. The whole machine does not have any movable or elastic parts, and is resistant to impact, easy to install, high in reliability, high in precision, and good in performance and price. It can be installed in various occasions to accurately measure and control the oil level of gasoline, diesel oil and hydraulic oil. It is also suitable for the measurement of various non-conductive liquids. Such products can also be used to measure conductive media in the case of particularly harsh on-site conditions, particularly severe electromagnetic interference, and particularly high agitation.





The core components of the industrial grade oil level transmitter (oil level sensor) are converted into standard electrical signals (typically 4-20 mA) by an advanced RF capacitance detection circuit through a 16-bit microcontroller with precise temperature compensation and linear correction. Optional HART, CANBUS, 485 communication protocol for system configuration. The full range of transmitters are self-calibrating, allowing users to automatically calibrate “zero” and “range” with two buttons or two leads to suit different requirements in complex locations.
