Cold chain transport monitoring operation process

It is known to all that the need for cold chain transport monitoring of goods from output to consumption requires more links. The efficiency of cold chain monitoring depends on the effective linking of various aspects of cold chain logistics. The general cold chain monitoring mainly includes the following steps.



(I) Frozen processing

(III) Refrigeration



The cold chain means that the cold chain merchandise is kept under the condition of cooling or freezing temperature, and the cold chain merchandise is stored for a certain period of time. According to the food cooling or freezing processing temperature, the cold storage can be further divided into the cooler storage and the frozen storage. Cooling and refrigerating means that the temperature at which the food is stored is lower than the ambient temperature but not below the freezing point of the food sap. That is, the moisture in the food does not freeze. This kind of refrigerating is called cooling and refrigerating of the food. Freeze-frozen means that the food is stored in an environment where the temperature is much lower than the freezing point of the food sap, and the general storage temperature is regulated at 18°C. That is, most of the moisture in the food is iced. This type of refrigeration is called freezing and freezing of foods. For example, meat products can be cooled and stored immediately after being frozen. (IV) Refrigerated transportation and distribution



There are many forms of refrigerated transport. For example, highway refrigerated transport, railway refrigerated transport, waterway refrigerated transport, and aviation cold-cut transport, etc. The transport tools used mainly include refrigerated trucks, refrigerated containers, and other thermal insulation transport tools. In the refrigerated transport process, fluctuations in temperature at any point can easily cause a decline in product quality. Therefore, a complete and efficient cold chain requires specialized transportation tools as a guarantee. Taking fruits and vegetables as an example, the most recommended temperature for the International Refrigeration Institute is 1-2 days, the transport temperature is O°C-4°C, the storage and transport temperature for 2-3 days is roughly O°C-2°C, and the relative humidity is 95. %-100%.



(E) Refrigeration sales



After the product came out of the distribution center, it entered the wholesale and retail link, and generally sold at retail counters. This was done by manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Thawing methods include natural thawing, mobile air thawing, hydrolytic freezing, microwave thawing, and steam thawing. Among them, air thawing is generally 14°C-15°C, wind speed is 2m/s, relative humidity is 95%-98%, and the temperature of hydrolysis and freezing water is about 10°C.
